Step by step, not all at once
Our Remodeling Process
Most of what makes a remodel feel chaotic traces back to a decision made out of order — here's the order we use instead.
- 01
The walk-and-talk
Before anything gets measured, we want to hear what's actually bothering you about the room, how your household uses it day to day, roughly how old the house is, and what number you have in mind.
- 02
Getting the real numbers
Dimensions, existing utility locations, access limitations, and anything the walls are hiding turn a wish list into an actual buildable scope.
- 03
Locking in decisions early
Layout, fixtures, tile, lighting, and anything with a long lead time get decided before demolition starts — changing your mind after the walls are open costs real money.
- 04
Putting it in writing
You get a scope document that spells out assumptions, allowances, what's excluded, payment schedule, and a realistic timeline — not a verbal promise.
- 05
The actual build
Protecting the rest of the house, tear-out, rough plumbing and electrical, inspections, then finishes — in that order, with updates as it moves.
- 06
Closing it out properly
A walkthrough covering how everything operates, care instructions, warranty paperwork, and anything left on a punch list before we call it finished.
